About the Department
The Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology deals with the entire spectrum of women’s health care
that our patients may require, including diseases of female reproductive organs, family planning,
and care of women during pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum. The department has fully functional
60 beds, along with a state-of-the-art labour room equipped with all the facilities for high-risk
antepartum and intrapartum monitoring and in-patient care.
Comprehensive patient-centred obstetric care is being provided to all the pregnant women coming to
the hospital. The department is also managing the gynaecological complaints of women across all ages,
from puberty to after menopause.
The Department is committed to delivering quality and evidence-based clinical services to all
patients coming under its domain.
